We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated freshers who are eager to build a career in Business Development and Sales. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a learning mindset, and the ability to interact confidently with potential clients. As a BDE Fresher, you will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, generating leads, and supporting the sales team in client acquisition and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business leads through various channels
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends
- Communicate with prospective customers via calls, emails, and social platforms
- Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and business pitches
- Maintain and update CRM/database records
- Coordinate with internal teams for client requirements
- Support the sales and business development team in achieving targets
- Build and maintain professional relationships with clients
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Basic understanding of sales and business development processes
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated and eager to learn
- Good presentation and analytical abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office and online research
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate / MBA pursuing or completed
