Role Description The Business Development Executive (Fresher) role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru South. In this role, the executive will identify and reach out to prospective learners and institutional partners, support lead generation campaigns, and follow up on inquiries through calls, emails, and meetings. The role involves maintaining accurate records of leads and opportunities, assisting with presentations or demos of ReGain Learning’s courses and workshops, and nurturing relationships to convert prospects into enrollments. The executive will collaborate with the marketing and training teams to understand offerings, gather feedback from clients, and contribute ideas to improve outreach and engagement efforts.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess skills in New Business Development and Business to support growth initiatives and identify new opportunities.
- Candidates should possess skills in Lead Generation to help build and manage a steady pipeline of prospective learners and partners.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to engage with clients, explain services clearly, and build long-term relationships.
- Candidates should possess skills in Account Management to maintain client records, support ongoing relationships, and ensure a positive experience.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and adapt to a fast-paced learning environment.
- Basic understanding of the education or training sector is an advantage, but not mandatory.
- Undergraduate degree in any discipline; fresh graduates or early-career professionals are encouraged to apply.
- Comfort using productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, CRM or lead-tracking tools) and willingness to learn new systems.
