🚀 Business Development Executive – Hr + Property Tech
We’re looking for a dynamic fresher (0–1 year experience) to drive growth for our Property Tech platform—on the lines of MagicBricks / 99acres.
📌 Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the real estate market
• Onboard property owners, brokers, and developers
• Generate leads via digital platforms, social media & networking
• Build strong client relationships for long-term engagement
• Promote listings, subscriptions & platform services
• Negotiate pricing and close deals
• Track performance and achieve business targets
💡 Skills Required:
• Strong communication & negotiation skills
• Sales-driven mindset
• Basic knowledge of real estate / digital platforms
• Familiarity with lead generation tools & social media
🎓 Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree (Business/Marketing preferred)
