Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad for a Business Development Executive. The role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing existing accounts, and building strong professional relationships with clients in the architectural, design, and construction sectors. Responsibilities include conducting market research, generating leads, presenting solutions customized to client needs, and achieving revenue targets aligned with company goals. The Business Development Executive will also work closely with the internal technical and design teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project delivery.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in New Business Development and Lead Generation techniques
- Experience in relationship management, Account Management, and client engagement
- Strong Communication skills, including presentation and negotiation abilities
- Understanding of business development strategies within the B2B segment
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Knowledge of the lighting or interior design industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools is advantageous
