About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive - Freshers to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and supporting the company’s growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify, research, and develop new business opportunities and target markets
- Generate leads through networking, cold outreach, referrals, and partnerships
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations
- Understand customer needs and provide suitable business solutions
- Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities
Requirements
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Results-oriented mindset with a passion for business growth and sales
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Candidates who can join immediately will be preferred
- Comfortable working in an on-site environment
