What (Role)
This is not just sales. This is ecosystem building.
You will:
• Build partnerships with schools, counsellors, colleges, and institutions
• Drive adoption of AI-powered career guidance & placement solutions
• Own the full cycle — lead → pitch → negotiate → close
• Create and scale networks of school counsellors and career advisors
• Work on institutional tie-ups, workshops, and long-term programs
• Turn relationships into revenue + retention
How (Execution)
You’ll thrive if you:
• Can engage with school leaders, counsellors, and college decision-makers
• Know how to sell impact to educators and ROI to institutions
• Move fast, follow up faster, and close decisively
• Think long-term — partnerships, not one-time deals
• Are comfortable being on the ground, meeting stakeholders
Who should apply? (Strict filter)
• 2–6 years of proven Business Development / Sales experience (MANDATORY)
• Strong track record of closing deals across institutions / B2B
• Experience working with schools, counsellors, or colleges is a big plus
• Excellent communication + negotiation skills
• High ownership mindset — execution > excuses
