Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram for a Business Development Executive at CREATIVE STUDIO which is an integral part of TLS Group. The role involves identifying and generating leads, developing new business opportunities, and building and maintaining client relationships. Key responsibilities include account management, cultivating strategic partnerships, and engaging with clients to understand and meet their needs. The candidate will collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to achieve business goals and growth targets while representing the organization professionally.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in New Business Development and Lead Generation
- Strong ability in Business and Account Management
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
- Results-oriented mindset with the ability to meet targets and deadlines
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills
- Experience in the marketing or advertising industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Proficiency in CRM tools and familiarity with data-driven sales approaches
