About Zenant
Zenant Club is a fast-growing, tech-driven residential rental brokerage operating across South Bengaluru — HSR, BTM, Koramangala, Silk Board, JP Nagar, Bannerghatta and the surrounding micro-markets. We help tenants find the right home and landlords fill their properties, fast. We're small, we move quickly, and we reward people for how hard they work — not how many years they've clocked.
The Role
This is on-ground sales. You'll be in the field every day — meeting prospective tenants, showing flats, understanding what they need, and closing rental bookings. It's the front line of the business, and it's where the money is made.
We'll be straight with you: the days are long, a lot of walking and property visits in the Bengaluru heat, and tenants who go quiet on you. Roughly half the people who start this job quit within the first two weeks. If you want a comfortable desk job, this isn't it. If you want to be paid for real hustle, few places reward it like this.
What you'll do
- Meet leads and take them on property visits across South Bengaluru
- Understand tenant requirements and match them to the right listings
- Follow up relentlessly — most deals are won in the follow-up, not the first visit
- Close rental bookings and hit monthly targets
- Log visits and updates in our app so nothing falls through the cracks
What we're looking for
- Hunger and work ethic above everything — this is the one non-negotiable
- Comfortable being in the field all day and travelling across South Bengaluru
- Good spoken Kannada, Hindi and/or English
- A two-wheeler and smartphone (preferred)
- No specific degree or prior sales experience required — we'll train the right attitude
