Hiring: Business Development Executives (Field Role)

BLook (www.blook.space), a verticle of MarketMen is building India’s first marketplace for advertising spaces across gated communities, retail outlets, commercial hubs, and more.
We are solving a massive problem:
· Brands are stuck with the same advertising options locally
· Space owners don’t know how to monetize their spaces
BLook connects both—unlocking new income for space owners and hyperlocal visibility for brands.
Role: Business Development Executive (Field)
This is a high-impact field role where you will:
- Meet societies, retail shops, commercial spaces
- Explain BLook’s concept and benefits
- Onboard spaces onto the platform (free + paid subscriptions)
- Upload data/photos via CRM
- Build strong local networks of space owners
Performance & Growth
- This is a performance-driven role with attractive incentives
- Clear daily & weekly onboarding goals
- High performers can grow to Team Leader / City Manager roles
Who Should Apply?
We are looking for smart, confident, street-smart professionals who can communicate well in English + local language.
✔ Experience in:
- Field Sales / BD / Onboarding
- Companies like MyGate, NoBroker, Apna, Swiggy, Zomato
- FMCG / Retail distribution (strong local connections)
✔ Skills:
- Strong communication & negotiation
- Ability to convince business owners
- Comfortable with field work & targets
- Basic smartphone & CRM usage
