Job Description
The ideal candidate will have experience across all stages of the sales cycle. The candidate should be confident in building new client relationships as well as maintaining existing ones. They should demonstrate strong sales performance, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to achieve targets consistently.
Responsibilities
- Build and develop relationships with prospective B2B clients
- Maintain consistent follow-up and strong relationships with existing clients
- Manage and update the sales pipeline effectively
- Analyze market trends and identify competitive advantages
- Track sales metrics and ensure targets are achieved
- Handle the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum 2+ year of experience in B2B sales
- Experience working with products such as uniforms, books, school supplies, interiors, or shoes
- Proven experience in the full sales cycle, including deal closing
- Demonstrated track record of sales success
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Experience using CRM tools is preferred
