Role Description
We are seeking a motivated Field Marketing Manager for a full-time, on-site role located in Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar. The role involves planning and executing regional marketing campaigns, building strong relationships with local partners, and ensuring brand visibility. The Field Marketing Manager will analyze market trends, gather customer insights to design targeted strategies, and collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to drive growth and customer engagement.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Promote holiday packages, domestic and international tour packages, and air ticketing services in assigned territories.
- Conduct field visits to corporate offices, educational institutions, residential societies, and business centres to generate leads.
- Identify and approach potential customers to create awareness about travel products and services.
- Generate quality inquiries and customer databases through direct marketing activities.
- Organise promotional campaigns, roadshows, kiosks, and marketing events to increase brand visibility.
- Distribute marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and promotional offers.
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, travel partners, and local businesses.
- Follow up with prospects and coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion.
- Collect customer feedback and market intelligence regarding competitors and industry trends.
- Achieve monthly lead generation and sales targets.
- Prepare daily field activity reports and submit progress updates to management.
- Represent the company professionally and maintain a positive brand image.
