Job Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic and confident Women Freshers who are interested in starting their career as a Telecaller / Business Development Executive. The candidate will be responsible for calling potential clients, generating leads, fixing appointments, and supporting business growth.
This role is ideal for candidates who want to build a career in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential clients/customers
Introduce company services and explain offerings
Generate leads and fix appointments
Follow up with interested clients
Maintain call records and update CRM/Excel sheets
Support in achieving monthly sales targets
Assist in client coordination and relationship building

Freshers are welcome
Good Communication Skills (English / Hindi / Kannada Preferred)
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Excel)
Confident, positive, and target-oriented attitude
Willing to work from office
