Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Executive (Export), based in Chandigarh. The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in international markets, generating and qualifying leads, and managing relationships with key accounts. Responsibilities also include developing strategies to expand the company’s export footprint and aligning efforts with the broader business objectives. The role requires close collaboration with internal teams to ensure seamless client experiences and compliance with global trade standards.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation through LinkedIn
- Excellent Communication skills, including negotiation and relationship-building
- Conduct outreach via LinkedIn messages, emails, and virtual communication
- Understanding of international trade regulations and global export practices
- Proficiency in market research and data analysis
- 2-3 years of experience in the Supplement / Nutraceutical / Pharmaceutical industry
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience in Skincare and HPC categories
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
- Maintain lead tracking and follow-up records
