Job Title: Client Servicing / Business Development Manager
Location: Bangalore (with travel as required)
CTC : 5LPA – 10LPA (depending on the candidate’s experience and profile handling capabilities)

Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented BD Manager who will be responsible for driving
new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and expanding our presence in
the corporate and social event management space. The ideal candidate should be proactive,
well-networked, and have a passion for events.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities within the corporate.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring repeat and referral business.
• Manage end-to-end client servicing, ensuring smooth communication, relationship management, and successful project delivery aligned with client expectations.
• Pitch creative event concepts and customized solutions to clients.
• Collaborate with the internal operations & creative teams to develop compelling proposals and presentations.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Track industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify opportunities.
• Attend networking events, exhibitions, and meetings to expand the company’s visibility.
• Maintain and update the sales pipeline, reporting progress to management regularly.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 3–5 business development professionals.
Key Requirements
• Proven experience (3–7 years) in Business Development / Sales, preferably in Events or
Hospitality.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to understand client needs and translate them into effective event solutions.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work under pressure.
• Existing corporate contacts/network is a strong plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred but not
mandatory).
