Role: Business Development Executive Intern
Experience: Freshers (Engineers only)
Location: Indore (Work from Office)
Duration: 6 Months (extendable based on performance and business requirements)
Stipend: ₹6,000 per month
We’re looking for engineering graduates who want to try their hand at business development.
About the Role:
This is a work-from-office position for those just out of engineering college or in the final year of
college, interested in learning sales and business development. You’ll be part of a sales team and will
get exposure to the basics of client handling, sales, and market research.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and evaluate high-potential clients across Web2, Web3, AI, DeFi, and blockchain
- ecosystems using proprietary research and industry networks to build a qualified pipeline.
- Establish and nurture strategic relationships with hiring managers, CTOs, and talent leaders
- through multi-channel outreach and warm introductions.
- Maintain consistent, high-touch communication with prospects to understand hiring needs,
- timeline, and budget alignment.
- Track emerging trends, competitor activity, and shifts in Web3 hiring demand to stay ahead of
- market movement.
- Synthesize competitive intel into actionable strategy and identify new market segments.
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets with full visibility into how your
- work drives company growth.
- Provide updates to your manager about your daily sales activities and the status of your leads
- Take ownership of your sales metrics and collaborate on pipeline optimization to scale the
- business.
Who Should Apply:
- Recent engineering graduate or final-year student from any background with genuine interest in
business development.
- Strong written communication skills, able to craft personalised outreach and explain technical
concepts clearly to high-value prospects
- Proficient with Google Sheets and AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, and Perplexity
- Based in or willing to work from the Indore office where in-person collaboration is required
- Systematic thinkers comfortable following structured frameworks.
- Proactive researcher who can identify market opportunities and qualified prospects before they
appear to others.
- Persistent communicator comfortable executing multi-touch outreach sequences across
Telegram, Twitter, and email
- Detail-oriented and accountable for your daily quota, Hot List management, and weekly
assessments
- Self-directed learner who uses AI to build understanding independently before escalating to
mentors
- Coachable and responsive to feedback, actively participating in weekly assessments and iterating
on work.
- Reliable and punctual with consistent daily effort and strong quota discipline
