💼 Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and technically skilled Business Development Executive/Engineer to drive business growth across international markets.

This role combines technical expertise, tendering & bidding, and client relationship management.

🧠 Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in international markets
• Track and participate in global tenders (government & private sector)
• Prepare and submit technical & commercial bids
• Analyze tender documents, BOQ, specifications, and drawings
• Coordinate with OEMs, consultants, and internal stakeholders
• Support cost estimation, pricing, and bid strategy
• Build and maintain strong relationships with global clients
• Ensure compliance with tender requirements and documentation
• Assist in contract negotiation and order finalization

🎓 Qualification (Mandatory)

• B.Tech in Electrical / Mechanical / Electromechanical Engineering

🌐 Preferred Experience / Exposure

• Knowledge of tendering & bidding processes
• Familiarity with AAI / Government tenders / GeM portal
• Exposure to international markets (Asia, Europe, Africa)
• Basic understanding of export/import procedures
• Experience in airport or infrastructure projects (PBB, BHS, ETD, etc.) is an added advantage

• Strong communication & interpersonal skills
• Techno-commercial understanding
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word & PowerPoint
• Analytical thinking with attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple tenders under strict deadlines
