Role Overview :
- Lead, mentor, and guide the sales team to achieve consistent performance and targets
- Drive student enrollments by converting leads and meeting revenue goals
- Engage with prospective students and parents, provide accurate guidance, and close admissions
- Build and manage institutional partnerships through college tie-ups, seminars, and outreach initiatives
- Oversee daily office operations ensuring smooth and compliant functioning
- Handle student queries and resolve grievances in a timely and professional manner
- Support onboarding and training of new team members for performance alignment
Desired Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, admissions, or business development
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability in lead conversion, counseling, and achieving sales targets
- Experience in team handling or mentoring (preferred)
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales pipeline management
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in EdTech, overseas education, healthcare recruitment, or training institutes
- Prior exposure to student counseling, admissions, or enrollment management
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
- Experience in college partnerships, seminars, and outreach programs
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Basic knowledge of international career programs or language training
