Role Description
As a Business Development Executive (Ed-tech Sales) at Globelance, you will be responsible for driving business growth through new client acquisition and strategic partnerships. Your daily responsibilities will include identifying and generating leads, developing relationships with potential clients, managing accounts, and delivering tailored solutions to meet client needs. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dwarka, requiring proactive engagement in business development and sales activities to help grow Globelance's reach in the Ed-tech sector.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation
- Experience in Business and Account Management to build and sustain client relationships
- Strong Communication skills for interacting effectively with clients and team members
- Ability to work independently and contribute to team objectives
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
- Prior experience in Ed-tech sales or startups is an advantage
