The selected candidate will be directly responsible for bringing new clients and generating revenue for the company.
We are looking for someone who can:
- actively approach potential clients
- build conversations
- convert leads into business
🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business through:
- outbound calls
- social media outreach
- online platforms
- Identify and approach potential clients
- Understand client requirements and pitch services
- Convert leads into paid projects
- Maintain strong follow-ups and close deals
- Build and maintain client relationships
- Coordinate with internal team after deal closure
📊 Performance Expectations (VERY IMPORTANT)
- This role is target-driven and revenue-focused
- Candidate will be evaluated based on:
- number of new clients onboarded
- revenue generated
- conversion rate
