Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Executive based in Pune City, with the flexibility to work remotely on occasion. Responsibilities include identifying and generating leads, managing client accounts, fostering strong business relationships, and pursuing new opportunities for growth. The role also requires delivering strategies for business expansion and aligning solutions with client needs.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in New Business Development and Lead Generation to identify and secure growth opportunities
- Strong skills in Business strategy and Account Management to maintain and nurture client relationships
- Excellent Communication abilities to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work setting
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus
- Prior experience in business development or a similar role preferred
- Familiarity with the digital marketing and IT services sector is advantageous
