About the Role
KreedOn is on a mission to revolutionize the Indian sports ecosystem. As a bootstrapped startup, we move fast and stay lean. We are looking for a Business Development Executive (Digital Media) who is street-smart, process-oriented, and has the "hustle" required to sell digital media products in a competitive landscape.
You won't just be making calls; you will be the face of KreedOn to potential brand partners, helping them understand the power of sports storytelling and digital advertising.
Your Daily Playbook (Core Responsibilities)
- Active Prospecting: Daily outbound calling and reaching out to potential clients to introduce KreedOn’s digital media offerings.
- Pipeline Management: Building and meticulously maintaining a healthy sales pipeline within our CRM. If it's not in the CRM, it didn't happen!
- Lead Nurturing: Managing rigorous follow-up cycles and ensuring no client communication falls through the cracks.
- Closing the Gap: Setting up high-value meetings for the leadership team and eventually leading your own.
- Collateral Design: Drafting professional business emails and creating winning sales proposals that highlight our unique Advertising and Media IPs.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Working closely with the Content and Marketing teams to ensure sold campaigns are executable.
What We Are Looking For
- Bachelor's degree with 1-3 years of relevant work experience.
- Digital Fluency: A solid understanding of digital media products, social media promotions, and how brands spend money online.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional business email writing and the ability to hold confident, persuasive phone conversations.
- Creating winning sales proposals that highlight our unique Advertising and Media IPs.
- Startup DNA: You are "street smart" and don't need a manual for every task. You are process-oriented but can pivot when the situation demands.
- The Hustle: A "Go-Getter" attitude with the resilience to handle "No" and the persistence to get to "Yes."
- Tools: Experience with CRM software and Google Workspace (Slides, Sheets, Docs).
- Remote Ready: You are self-motivated. You don’t need a boss hovering over your shoulder to hit your daily calling targets.
