Most junior sales roles in building materials are straightforward: here’s your rate card, here’s your territory—go and collect orders.
This role is different.
UNIDUS Acoustics is hiring a Business Development Executive (Delhi NCR)—and instead of chasing orders, you’ll learn how to win them before they even exist.
Here’s what that looks like:
• Work closely with senior BDMs managing high-value architect accounts
• Learn specification-driven sales—getting products written into BOQs at the design stage, long before purchase orders
• Take ownership of 40 accounts from Day 1 (20 assigned, 20 developed by you)
• Engage in cold calling, site visits, and client meetings with architects, interior designers, and D&B firms
• Manage the full cycle—from specification to order closure

UNIDUS Acoustics is a 40-year-old company specializing in acoustic solutions for corporate, institutional, and hospitality spaces. We have delivered 1,500+ projects and built relationships with 2,800+ architects. Our clients include Hyundai, AIIMS, Infosys, and Air India. A new manufacturing facility is set to launch in 2026.
Role Overview
You will work alongside senior team members, learning how to influence projects at the design stage and drive business through a consultative approach.
Key Responsibilities
• Prospect and meet architects, interior designers, and D&B firms across Delhi NCR
• Present products, provide samples, and build brand presence in material libraries
• Work with clients to include UNIDUS products in project BOQs
• Track project pipelines from specification to execution
• Handle quotations, coordination, and follow-ups for your accounts
• Maintain regular reporting on activities and market insights
Requirements
• 2–5 years of B2B sales experience (building materials/interiors preferred)
• Comfortable with cold calling and in-person client engagement
• Basic understanding of corporate interior project flow
• Willingness to spend significant time in the field
Preferred
• Existing industry contacts in Delhi NCR
• Experience with acoustic or interior products
• Familiarity with CRM tools
