Role Overview
We are seeking a self-driven and entrepreneurial Business Development Executive who thrives in a startup environment, takes ownership of targets, and can independently drive revenue through strong client relationships and effective deal closures.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities in Cybersecurity & IT services
- Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders
- Manage the complete sales cycle: prospecting → pitching → negotiation → closure
- Own and optimize the business funnel end-to-end
- Independently source leads through research, networking, and outreach
- Develop customized proposals and solutions aligned with client needs
- Collaborate with technical teams to deliver tailored offerings
- Consistently achieve or exceed sales targets
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities
- Represent Bluella at networking events, meetings, and client presentations
What We’re Looking For
- 2–4 years of experience in Business Development / B2B Sales
- Background in Cybersecurity or IT Services (preferred)
- MBA in Marketing / IT / Sales (preferred)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and adaptable to a fast-paced startup culture
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Revenue generated (monthly/quarterly targets)
- Number of new clients acquired
- Conversion rate (lead to closure)
- Forecasting accuracy
- Client retention and repeat business
