Role & Responsibilities:
· Proactively engage in business development activities and assist team with the stacking.
· Setting up meetings with key decision makers to introduce Address Advisors and Initiate discussions to understand their real estate requirements.
· Build and maintain excellent Landlord/Developer relationships.
· Support the team to effectively execute and conclude transactions.
· Engage in calls, meetings, site visits, follow-up, and timely submission of company proposals internally.
· Articulate reports as per internal team requirements
· Understand and develop knowledge of the relevant properties in the industry.
· Working alongside the team leads to gaining knowledge on Hyderabad real estate.
Other Attributes:
· Knowledge of Hyderabad geography or ability to grasp.
· Research and connect with prospective clients.
· Open to travel within the city
· Good communication skills
· Knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Power Point
· Self-Starter, resourceful, confident, well organized, highly dependable, and efficient and detail oriented.
