*Job Title: Business Development Executive – Corporate Gifting*

*Role Overview*
We are hiring a *Business Development Executive* for our Corporate Gifting division in Bangalore. You will drive B2B sales by acquiring new corporate clients and managing key accounts to grow revenue through customized gifting solutions.
*Key Responsibilities*
- *New Client Acquisition*: Identify and pitch to HR, Admin, Marketing, and Procurement heads for Diwali, New Year, employee onboarding, and client engagement gifting
- *Account Management*: Build strong relationships with existing corporate clients to ensure repeat orders and referrals
- *Solution Selling*: Understand client requirements, curate gifting catalogs, manage sampling, pricing, and close deals
- *Revenue Targets*: Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets for corporate gifting vertical
- *Coordination*: Work with design, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure on-time delivery and client satisfaction
- *Market Mapping*: Track competitor pricing, gifting trends, and new opportunities across IT, BFSI, Manufacturing, and Startups
*Requirements*
- 3–7 years in B2B sales/BD, preferably in *Corporate Gifting, Promotional Products, or Corporate Sales*
- Strong network with HR/Admin teams in Bangalore corporates is a big plus
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and willing to do field meetings
- Must have own laptop + two-wheeler for client visits
- *Immediate joiners preferred*
