- Client Acquisition: Pitch comprehensive IT and digital solutions—such as website overhauls, custom AI applications, lead generation workflows, and hardware/surveillance setups—to decision-makers.
- Sales Cycle Management: Own the end-to-end sales process from initial contact and discovery meetings to proposal presentation, negotiation, and deal closure.
- Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to encourage recurring service agreements (such as SEO retainers or maintenance contracts).
- Market Research: Continuously analyse market trends, competitor strategies, and target industry needs to refine your sales approach.
- Reporting: Maintain a clear, accurate pipeline of prospective clients and provide regular updates on sales metrics and conversion progress.
Qualifications & Skills

- Technical Acumen: A solid understanding of web development terminology, digital marketing strategies, and basic IT infrastructure to effectively communicate our value proposition.
- Drive & Autonomy: High self-motivation, resilience, and the ability to work independently in a performance-driven environment.
- Networking: Strong networking skills, specifically in leveraging platforms like LinkedIn for business development.
Compensation Structure
This is a
performance-only, commission-based position offering substantial financial upside for successful deal closures.
- Uncapped Commissions: Earn a highly competitive, structured percentage on every successfully closed and funded project or retainer contract.
- Recurring Revenue Share: Benefit from ongoing commission percentages on recurring services (e.g., monthly SEO, ad management, or IT support contracts) for the duration of the client relationship.
- Flexibility: Complete autonomy over your work hours and prospecting strategies.
