Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and result-oriented Business Development Executive who can actively generate leads and convert them into successful projects. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with platforms like LinkedIn, Upwork, and other freelance marketplaces, and must be confident in acquiring high-quality clients.
This is a performance-driven, commission-based role with strong earning potential for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn prospecting, Upwork, and other online platforms
- Build and manage targeted prospect lists based on business requirements
- Execute cold email outreach and automation campaigns
- Conduct in-depth web research to identify potential clients
- Perform data scraping and data mining for lead generation
- Initiate conversations and follow-ups with potential clients
- Convert leads into confirmed business projects
- Maintain and manage a consistent pipeline of prospects and opportunities
Required Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in lead generation and client acquisition
- Strong expertise in LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Upwork bidding, and cold emailing
- Experience with email automation tools (Mailchimp, Lemlist, etc.)
- Strong data research, scraping, and mining capabilities
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
