Role Overview: Business Development Executive
We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Business Development Executive to expand Giftygen's presence across multiple industries. This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy interacting with people, identifying business opportunities, and helping companies grow with innovative technology solutions.
Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development & Lead Generation
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities in target industries.
- Generate leads through prospecting, networking, referrals, and outreach activities.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
- Execute cold calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and field visits.
Sales & Client Acquisition
- Schedule and conduct product demonstrations.
- Understand client requirements and present tailored solutions.
- Develop compelling value propositions and business cases.
- Negotiate commercial terms and close new business deals.
Client Onboarding & Relationship Management
- Support new client onboarding and implementation handover.
- Build strong, long-term relationships with customers.
- Gather client feedback and identify growth opportunities.
- Assist in account expansion and retention initiatives.
Market Intelligence & Reporting
- Track sales performance and pipeline activities.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities.
- Share market insights to enhance go-to-market strategies.
Required Skills & Qualifications- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- 4+ years of experience in technology, B2B products and/or product marketing.
- Strong interest in sales, business development, marketing, or client relationship management.
- Ability to identify business opportunities and understand customer needs.
- Strong lead generation, prospecting, and pipeline management capabilities.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
- Basic understanding of business fundamentals, negotiation, and customer acquisition.
- Experience in sales, business development, account management, recruitment, marketing, or customer-facing roles.
- Experience managing customer accounts and onboarding activities.
- Experience identifying upsell and retention opportunities.
- Existing business network or professional contacts.
- Bachelor's degree in sales and marketing discipline.
