Role OverviewWe’re looking for a hungry, execution-focused Business Development Executive who can bring in customers from day one.
This is a high-performance, commission-driven role — ideal for people who want to earn based on results, not fixed salary.
What You’ll Do- Identify and reach out to AI developers, startups, and builders
- Start conversations via LinkedIn, Twitter, Reddit, and communities
- Pitch Sandflare clearly and book demos
- Convert interested users into paid customers (Pro / Teams plans)
- Build and manage your own sales pipeline
- Share feedback from prospects to improve the product
Who You Should Target- AI developers & agent builders
- Early-stage startups
- Indie hackers
- Teams struggling with infra complexity
What We’re Looking For- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Comfortable with cold outreach and rejection
- Self-driven — no micromanagement
- Basic understanding of tech / SaaS (big plus)
- Prior sales or outreach experience is a bonus (not mandatory)
Compensation- Up to 100% commission on first payment
- + 20% recurring commission on active customers
- Unlimited earning potential based on performance
