About the Role
You'll be Renew's representative in the field — visiting doctors, clinics, hospitals, and diagnostic centres to build lasting B2B relationships that drive patient referrals. This is a relationship-first role requiring clinical credibility, strong people skills, and the discipline to manage your own territory independently.
What You'll Do
- Visit and build relationships with gynaecologists, GPs, endocrinologists, urologists, and allied specialists across Kolkata and Jamshedpur
- Develop and manage a structured referral network — tracking visits, referral volumes, and partner follow-ups
- Identify and approach hospitals, nursing homes, diagnostic labs, and corporates for institutional partnerships
- Represent Renew at CMEs, health camps, and medical networking events
- Close the feedback loop with referring doctors — sharing patient updates to build long-term trust
- Track competitor activity and share market insights with the leadership team
- Submit structured weekly reports on visits, referrals, and partnership progress
What We're Looking For
- 2–5 years in a field-based role — pharma sales, medical device sales, or hospital business development preferred
- Existing relationships within the Kolkata or Jamshedpur medical community is a strong advantage
- Strong communication skills in Bengali and Hindi; working English
- Self-driven, organised, and comfortable with a travel-heavy schedule
- Empathetic — able to represent a sensitive healthcare domain with professionalism
- Graduate in any discipline; Life Sciences, Healthcare Management, or Business Administration preferred
