Role Description
This full-time, on-site role of Business Development Executive is located in Pune. The individual will focus on exploring new business opportunities, managing client relationships, generating leads, and fostering long-term partnerships that align with company objectives. Tasks include engaging with clients, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving growth by identifying and closing business opportunities.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in New Business Development and Lead Generation to identify, pursue, and secure new opportunities.
- Strong Business acumen with a demonstrated ability to develop strategies and achieve revenue growth.
- Exceptional Communication skills to build and maintain client relationships effectively.
- Experience in Account Management to oversee client interactions and ensure satisfaction.
- Result-oriented mindset and problem-solving abilities to drive success in a dynamic environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience in the food or hospitality industry is a plus.
- Willingness to be based in Pune and work on-site with immediate availability for joining.
