Role Description
- This is a full-time, on-site role for an Upwork & Fiverr Bidder / Lead Generation Specialist located in Mohali district. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads through Upwork, Fiverr, and other freelancing platforms, writing proposals, communicating with clients, and converting leads into business opportunities while maintaining a strong sales pipeline.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Generate quality leads through Upwork, Fiverr, and other freelancing platforms etc.
- Identify suitable projects and submit customized, high-converting proposals.
- Communicate with international clients to understand project requirements.
- Follow up with prospects and convert leads into business opportunities.
- Maintain and manage a healthy sales pipeline and client database.
- Optimize company profiles on freelancing platforms to improve visibility.
- Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth project handovers.
- Achieve monthly lead generation and business acquisition targets.
- Maintain accurate records using Excel, Google Sheets, or CRM tools.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 0–3 years of experience in Upwork/Fiverr bidding or lead generation.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Good proposal writing and negotiation abilities.
- Familiarity with freelancing platforms and CRM tools.
- Must have understanding of Digital Marketing services (SEO, PPC, Amazon, Walmart, etc.) is an added advantage.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn.
