Job Description – Business Development Executive (Bangalore)

Position Overview
The Business Development Executive will be responsible for generating new business, driving sales, and supporting revenue growth across Bangalore in both B2B and B2C segments. The role involves lead generation, client acquisition, relationship management, and coordination for project closures.
Key Responsibilities
1. Business Development & Lead Generation
Identify and generate new business opportunities in Bangalore market.
Prospect potential clients through field visits, cold calls, and networking.
Build a strong pipeline of qualified leads.
2. B2B Sales Development
Develop business through multiple channels:
Channel partners and dealers
Corporates and institutions
Builders, contractors, and architects
Sports clubs, academies, and gyms
Establish and maintain long-term client relationships.
3. B2C Sales Support
Follow up on company-generated leads.
Convert prospects into customers with proper guidance and product explanation.
Ensure customer satisfaction and referrals.
4. Client Meetings & Presentations
Schedule and conduct client meetings and site visits.
Present company solutions, proposals, and benefits clearly.
Assist in negotiations and deal closures.
5. Coordination & Proposal Support
Coordinate with internal teams for quotations and project details.
Ensure timely submission of proposals.
6. Sales Target Achievement
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Track individual performance and improve conversion rates.
7. CRM & Reporting
Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, and sales activities.
Update CRM regularly with pipeline status.
Submit daily/weekly reports to reporting manager.
8. Market Research
Monitor competitor activity and market trends.
Identify new areas for business expansion.

Number of new leads generated

Growth in B2B partnerships
Customer satisfaction and repeat business
CRM data accuracy and reporting consistency
Preferred Candidate Profile
2–5 years of experience in field sales / business development
Experience in construction, sports infra, real estate, or related industry preferred
Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills
Willingness to travel within Bangalore
