Role Description
We are looking for an energetic and target-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) / Lead Generation Specialist to help expand our client base and drive business growth.
The ideal candidate will identify potential clients, generate qualified leads, build relationships, schedule meetings, and support client acquisition initiatives.
This role is ideal for someone interested in technology consulting, IT services sales, startup environments, and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate leads through LinkedIn, email outreach, referrals, networking, and online platforms
- Research startups, SMEs, NGOs, and businesses requiring technology services
- Build and maintain prospect databases and CRM records
- Schedule client meetings, demos, and discovery calls
- Follow up with prospects and maintain communication pipelines
- Coordinate with technical teams to understand project requirements
- Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, and client presentations
- Track sales activities and contribute to business growth strategies
- Build long-term client relationships
Required Qualifications
- Experience or interest in Business Development, Lead Generation, or Client Acquisition
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Understanding of sales pipelines and business development processes
- Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset
- Ability to conduct market research and identify opportunities
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related fields
Preferred Skills
- Experience with LinkedIn outreach and B2B sales
- Familiarity with CRM tools, Google Workspace, Excel, Apollo, etc.
- Prior exposure to IT services, software development, AI, SaaS, or technology industries
- Knowledge of startup ecosystems and digital services market
