Job Summary
We are looking for dynamic and target-driven Business Development Executives/Managers to join our team in Chandigarh and Amritsar. The role involves
field sales , client acquisition, and relationship management within the gems and jewellery ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through field visits and market research
- Develop and maintain relationships with jewellers, retailers, and industry partners
- Promote IGI certification services to potential clients
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product/service demonstrations
- Follow up on leads and convert them into long-term business relationships
- Maintain records of sales activities and client interactions
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in any field (B.Com / BBA preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to travel extensively for field sales
- Basic knowledge of sales and business development (preferred for freshers)
- Prior experience in sales, jewellery industry, or B2B sales is an advantage
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and result-driven mindset
