Job Title: Business Development Executive (Upwork Specialist)
Location: Rajkot, Gujarat (On-site only)
Job Type: Full-time ,5 days working
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and apply to relevant projects on Upwork with tailored proposals
- Generate leads through Upwork, LinkedIn, and outbound outreach
- Understand client requirements through calls and messages
- Coordinate with internal technical teams to align solutions
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
- Maintain consistent follow-ups and build long-term client relationships
- Track daily activities such as proposals, responses, and conversions
Requirements
- 1.5 to 5 years of experience in IT sales or business development
- Hands-on experience with Upwork bidding and lead generation
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Experience working with international clients (US/UK/AU preferred)
- Basic understanding of web and software development services
- Familiarity with CRM tools or LinkedIn Sales Navigator is an advantage
