Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role as a Business Development Executive (BDE) based in Navsari. The BDE will identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and build strong client relationships. This role involves managing client accounts, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and driving business growth. The individual will strategize and implement plans for acquiring and nurturing new clients while maintaining stellar communication and negotiation skills to secure key partnerships.
Qualifications
- Expertise in New Business Development and Lead Generation
- Proficiency in Business Strategy and Account Management
- Strong Communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Experience in identifying market opportunities and driving growth
- A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
- Prior experience in a similar business development or sales role is an advantage
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
