Excellent / Fluent English Communication Skills (Mandatory)
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct requirement analysis to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Bid for projects on platforms such as Freelancer and Upwork to secure new business opportunities.
- Generate leads through various channels and convert them into potential clients.
- Communicate and interact with clients to build and maintain strong relationships.
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify new business opportunities.
- Participate in sales activities, including presentations, negotiations, and closing deals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery and client satisfaction.
- Prepare and present regular reports on business development activities and result
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any field.
- Fresher to 2 years of experience in Business Development / IT Sales.
- Strong understanding of requirement analysis and the ability to propose appropriate solutions.
- Experience in bidding for projects on platforms like Freelancer and Upwork.
- Proven track record in lead generation and converting leads into clients.
- Excellent client communication and interaction skills.
- Ability to follow up with clients and manage client relationships effectively.
- Strong sales skills and the ability to close deals successfully.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
