At Kriti & Krish Projects, we are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Executive to join our growing team in the Interior, HVAC, CCTV. fire and safety.
💼 Role: Business Development Executive
📍 Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra

🔹 Key Responsibilities:
* Generate new business leads through LinkedIn, calls, site visits & networking
* Identify potential clients (Hospitality Industry, Restaurants, Offices, interior designers, contractors, businesses, builders)
* Conduct client meetings and understand project requirements
* Present company services and convert leads into projects
* Maintain strong relationships with clients for repeat business
* Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project execution
* Track leads and maintain a proper sales pipeline
🔹 Requirements:
* Good communication & convincing skills
* understanding of sales/business development
* Experience in construction/interior industry (mandatory)
* Self-motivated and target-oriented
* Ability to handle client conversations professionally
