The Role
We're looking for a Business Development Executive who can drive top-of-funnel growth — identifying the right clients, opening conversations, and turning interest into qualified opportunities.
What you'll do
- Identify and research potential clients across our target markets (US, UK, EU, UAE)
- Run outbound campaigns across LinkedIn, email, and industry-specific communities
- Qualify inbound leads and book discovery calls for the founder
- Write personalized outreach that doesn't sound like every other agency
- Maintain a clean CRM and report on pipeline weekly
- Collaborate on proposals, case studies, and follow-up sequences
What we're looking for
- 0–2 years in business development, inside sales, or lead generation (agency or B2B SaaS preferred)
- Strong written English — you can write outreach that gets replies
- Comfort with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Clay, or similar tools
- A genuine interest in AI, technology, and how it's changing how businesses operate
- Self-starter who can work independently without micromanagement
- Bonus: prior experience selling to Western markets
