We are looking for a passionate and ambitious Business Development Executive to join our growing team. If you're someone who enjoys interacting with people, building relationships, and helping businesses adopt technology, we'd love to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through calling, LinkedIn, email campaigns, networking, and referrals.
- Identify and qualify prospective customers.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable IT solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations and client presentations.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and follow up with prospects.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain CRM records and sales reports.
- Coordinate with technical and support teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, IT, or a related field.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Basic understanding of B2B sales is an advantage.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office; experience with CRM or LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a plus.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn.
