About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated Business Development Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building a strong B2B sales pipeline, and closing deals for our SaaS products and digital solutions.
If you are someone who loves sales, enjoys meeting clients, and has the drive to achieve targets, this role is perfect for you.
Key Responsibilities
• Generate qualified B2B leads through outbound and inbound channels
• Build and manage a strong sales pipeline
• Schedule and conduct product demos and client presentations
• Identify potential clients and convert prospects into paying customers
• Conduct client meetings (online and offline) to understand business requirements
• Pitch SaaS products and digital solutions effectively
• Negotiate pricing and close deals successfully
• Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Work closely with the marketing and product teams for lead conversions
Required Qualifications
• Any Graduate
Experience Required
• Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B Sales or Enterprise Sales
• Experience in SaaS Sales, IT Services, or Digital Solutions Sales will be an added
advantage
Required Skills
• Strong B2B Sales and Business Development skills
• Ability to build and manage sales pipelines
• Excellent negotiation and deal-closing skills
• Strong client relationship management
• Ability to deliver product demos and sales presentations
• Target-driven mindset with strong sales zeal
• Good communication and persuasion skills
Language Requirements
• Good communication in English and Hindi is required
• Knowledge of any regional language will be an added advantage
Additional Requirements
• Own Laptop is Mandatory
• Willingness to attend client meetings and field visits when required.
• Immediate Joiners Preferred.
