Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive located in Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with potential clients, managing sales pipelines, and achieving revenue goals. They will also collaborate with internal teams to create proposals, prepare presentations, and align solutions with customer needs. The role requires exceptional communication and negotiation skills to drive growth and establish long-term partnerships.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in business development, lead generation, and building client relationships
- Experience with developing and executing sales strategies, analyzing market trends, and achieving targets
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, negotiation abilities, and presentation expertise
- Competency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and familiarity with digital marketing and SEO practices
- Ability to work in a team environment and maintain a customer-focused approach
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, and prior experience in IT services is an added advantage
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work setting
