Job Title: Business Development Executive (BDE) – IT Services
Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and result-driven Business Development Executive to generate quality leads, build strong client relationships, and drive business growth for our IT service offerings. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in bidding platforms, proposal writing, and client communication.
Key Responsibilities
Generate quality leads through platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, PPH, Dribbble, and LinkedIn
Write professional, customized, and high-converting proposals based on client requirements
Manage and maintain bidding profiles with strong ratings, reviews, and job success scores
Understand client requirements through detailed discussions and perform requirement gathering
Prepare project documentation, mind maps, and scope analysis
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups to close deals
Build and maintain long-term client relationships for repeat business
Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets with a strong response ratio
Stay updated with the latest market trends and apply them to improve sales strategies
Coordinate with the technical/development team for smooth project execution
Identify risks and provide strategic solutions during project discussions
Lead and mentor junior BDEs (if applicable), including training and performance tracking
Required Skills

Experience Required
1–3 years of experience in IT business development / bidding
Experience in handling international clients is a plus
Education
Bachelor’s degree (B.E., BBA, MBA, or relevant field preferred)
