💰 Salary: Up to ₹50,000 per month + Incentives + High Commissions

Job Overview
We are urgently hiring energetic, target-oriented, and growth-driven professionals for the role of Business Development Executive (BDE) – IT Services.
The ideal candidate should have experience in IT Sales, Lead Generation, Upwork Bidding, International Client Handling, or Digital Marketing Sales. Candidates with excellent communication and strong client-conversion skills are highly preferred.
Roles & Responsibilities
• Generate leads through Upwork, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, cold calling, and email outreach
• Identify business opportunities in the US & International Market
• Handle client communication through chat, calls, and emails
• Understand client requirements and coordinate with technical teams
• Prepare customized proposals and business presentations
• Follow up with prospects and convert leads into projects
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships
• Maintain CRM and daily sales activity reports
