Business Development Executive (BDE) – IT Services
Location: Pune or Sangli, MH (Onsite)
Experience: 1–3 Years
Key Responsibilities (Including but not limited to):
-Research and target potential clients across IT services (Web Development, Mobile Apps, Cloud, AI/ML, etc.)
-Own the end-to-end sales cycle: prospecting → pitching → negotiation → closure
-Use LinkedIn strategically for relationship building, personal branding, and client engagement
-Engage with decision-makers through insightful conversations and value-driven interactions
-Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
-Collaborate with internal technical teams to propose tailored solutions
-Consistently achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets
Required Skills & Qualifications:
-Relevant 1–3 years of experience in IT services sales / business development
-Mandatory experience handling US clients / international clients (US market exposure required)
-Strong understanding of IT services and software development lifecycle
-Experience using platforms like LinkedIn, Upwork, Freelancer, etc.
-Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
-Self-motivated and target-driven mindset
-Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
-Must be comfortable working in US time zones. This role requires availability aligned with US business hours.
