Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role as a Business Development Executive (BDE), based in the Pune Division, with the flexibility to work from home when required. The BDE will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, managing client accounts, and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders. The candidate will collaborate with internal teams to align business strategies and drive revenue growth while effectively communicating with prospective and existing clients.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in New Business Development and Lead Generation
- Proficiency in Account Management and maintaining long-term client relationships
- Exceptional Communication and interpersonal skills
- Solid understanding of Business strategies and market trends
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment and adapt to dynamic business needs
- Previous experience in technology, software, or digital services is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
