Role Overview
We are looking for a Business Development Intern (BD Intern) to join our team in Noida. This is an excellent opportunity for students or recent graduates who are interested in sales, business development, and AI-driven technology solutions.
The intern will work closely with the sales team to identify opportunities, engage with prospects, and support business growth initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Assist in lead generation through research, LinkedIn, cold outreach, and databases
- Support the sales team in identifying new business opportunities
- Engage with potential clients to understand their basic requirements
- Maintain and update lead data, follow-ups, and interactions in CRM
- Help in preparing sales pitches, presentations, and proposals
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends and potential clients
- Assist in client communication and follow-ups
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and support
- Learn and understand company products like VIZO361° and other IT solutions
Skills & Competencies
- Strong communication skills (verbal & written)
- Basic understanding or interest in sales, business development, or marketing
- Interest in IT, AI, SaaS, or technology solutions
- Good research and analytical skills
- Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets / CRM tools is a plus
Qualifications
- Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree (B.Tech, BBA, B.Com, or similar)
- Prior internship or exposure to sales/marketing/IT is a plus but not mandatory
Internship Details
- Location: Noida (On-site)
- Duration: 2–6 months
- Stipend: As per company policy
- Pre-Placement Offer (PPO): Based on performance
