Over time, the business grew due to the popularity of its buttermilk ('Chaas') and other dairy items. In 2015, under the leadership of Jatin Patel, the company expanded into a dedicated franchise for buttermilk and dairy-derived drinks, delivering healthier and affordable alternatives to high-cost soft drinks. Today, Chhaswala produces over 4,000 liters of fresh buttermilk daily, along with a variety of other products such as curd, lassi, and rabdi, maintaining a strong commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Baroda for a Business Development Executive. Responsibilities include identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, managing accounts, and generating leads to expand the customer base. The role also involves working closely with internal teams to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall business growth.
Qualifications
- Experience in New Business Development and Lead Generation
- Strong skills in Business and Account Management
- Excellent Communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently to achieve sales goals
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets is a plus
- Familiarity with the dairy or FMCG industry is advantageous
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
