Role Description
We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Executive (Banking Domain) for a full-time, on-site position at our Chennai location. In this role, the candidate will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, particularly in the banking sector. Daily responsibilities will include prospecting and engaging potential clients, maintaining strong client relationships, understanding client needs, and proposing tailored solutions. Additionally, the candidate will conduct market research, prepare sales strategies, meet revenue targets, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals.
Qualifications
- Experience in business development, with a focus on client acquisition, client relationship management, and expanding customer base.
- Strong understanding of the banking domain and financial services, with a demonstrated ability to identify client needs and present customized solutions.
- Outstanding communication, negotiation, and presentation skills to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders.
- Strategic thinking and market research skills to identify opportunities and design growth-oriented strategies.
- Proficiency in creating business proposals and meeting revenue goals; experience with customer relationship management (CRM) tools is a plus.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- A Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in IT and BPO/KPO services will be considered an advantage.
